Privacy policy

Effective: October 2, 2026

Who we are

LA TechSpace is a software and digital agency in Los Angeles. This policy covers latechspace.com: what it collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What you send us

The site has one form, for requesting an AI visibility report. It asks for your name, your website and your email address. Pressing the button opens your own email app with those details written into a message to us; nothing is sent until you send that email, and the website keeps no copy.

Every other way to reach us leaves this site: a LinkedIn message, a call booked on our Google calendar, an email or a phone call. We use what you send to reply to you.

The question box on the home page answers in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Other companies' services

Booking a call uses Google Calendar's appointment scheduler. On the contact page it loads only when you choose to see open times; on campaign pages it loads when you scroll to it. Google's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

The feedback survey on our picture book's page is a Google Form, and Google's privacy policy applies to your answers. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and other sites take you to those sites, under their own policies.

The site's fonts, images, video and 3D models are served from the site itself, so viewing a page does not contact any other company unless you allow analytics.

Analytics and cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and sections people read, which buttons and links they press, how the 3D journey is played, which service the question box matched, and how fast pages load. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this. Nothing you type is ever sent to it.

Google Analytics runs only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page; choosing "Reject" after accepting removes its cookies.

Your browser's own storage keeps three settings on your device: whether sound is on, whether you have seen the 3D journey before, and your cookie choice. They are not cookies and are never sent to us.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not load Google Analytics at all, even if you choose "Accept".

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services named above, so they can do the work described there.

Children

The site is written for adults, including the page about our children's picture book, which is for parents and teachers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email team@latechspace.com.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll say so at the top of the page.
